Less than 1 week til his 2nd solo release Blood Sweat n Tears, Blade Icewood was shot for a second time and 1 day short of 7 months, sadly this time it was fatal....
Blade was one of Detroit's rising stars and was ready to show the world Icewood and the Street Lordz...
All we know so far is that he was parked up on 7 mile before being shot and killed...
From what we hear someone walked up and open fired on Blade as he sat in the passenger side of his vehicle.. We are waiting for more info...
We heard lots of rumors but not sure whats true..
Blade was still recovering from being shot last september several times and was in a wheel chair paralyzed from the chest down stemming from his injuries...
As Mix Tape Detroit.com gets any info thru coming days we will update and notify all the fans...
All we can say is that we have lost another brother to the continuing gun violence in Detroit...
It is a sad day in the Motor City and our hearts go out to the Icewood Family and the Street Lordz...

Mix Tape Detroit radio has the last exclusive interview with Blade as he was putting the final touches to the album just 3 weeks ago.. This was to be a written interview and is real raw but f*ck it had to throw it up..
